Free introduction to Vedic Meditation
The first step in learning meditation is to come along to a free talk in central London. You’ll hear more about how meditation works, and I’ll answer any questions. ** UPDATE: In light of the current situation, I'm offering these talks online. **

Vedic Meditation courses in London
Courses are taught over four days in central London. Each session lasts two hours. Classes are limited to a maximum of three students (for safe social distancing) and you’ll get one-to-one support. You’ll start meditating on the first day and finish the course as a self-sufficient meditator.
Friday 12th – Monday 15th March
Friday 9th – Monday 12th April
Private courses are available for people who want one-to-one support for the full course. Times and dates are flexible to suit your needs. We can arrange a venue that’s convenient for you, including your workplace if required. Please contact me for more information.
Group meditation & knowledge meetings
Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll have ongoing support. This includes your lifetime pass to group meditation meetings here in London. We’ll troubleshoot your questions and discuss how ancient Vedic principles benefit modern day life.
