Free introduction to Vedic Meditation
The first step in learning meditation is to attend a free talk online. You’ll hear more about how meditation works, and I’ll answer any questions.

Vedic Meditation courses in London
Courses are taught over four days in London. Each session lasts two hours. Class sizes are kept small and you’ll get one-to-one support. You’ll start meditating on the first day and finish the course as a self-sufficient meditator.
Friday 17th – Monday 20th February
Friday 3rd – Monday 6th March
Friday 24th – Monday 27th March
Private courses are available for people who want one-to-one support for the full course. Times and dates are flexible to suit your needs. We can arrange a venue that’s convenient for you, including your workplace if required. Please contact me for more information.
Group meditation & knowledge meetings
Once you’ve completed the course, you’ll have ongoing support. This includes your lifetime pass to group meditation meetings. We’ll troubleshoot your questions and discuss how ancient Vedic principles benefit modern day life.
