After the Course
Our Vedic Meditation course is designed to give you everything you need to become a self-sufficient meditator. After the course, you’ll have ongoing support for as long as you want it.
Group Meditation &
Stay on track with your meditation by coming to our group sessions. These meetings give us a chance to connect in person and chat about how you’re getting on. Each session, we’ll discuss how different elements of ancient Vedic wisdom can be applied to modern life. I’ll also answer any questions you might have.
Group sessions are held regularly in central London. They’re free and open to anyone who has completed a Vedic Meditation course. There’s no need to book, but please do drop me an email if you need directions.
Vedic Meditation can help to dissolve old tensions and areas that create stress. If you want to discuss any particular concerns in confidence, I’m available for private consultations.
You might also benefit from one-to-one support if you learnt Vedic Meditation a while ago and have drifted away from daily practice. Please contact me for details.
