I'm Mira

10 years ago, a conversation with a friend led me to Vedic Meditation. I was sleeping better within days. I had more energy, I was more productive at work and I was just generally happier. And those feelings kept growing.

So I left the corporate world to train as a meditation teacher. Now I share the benefits by teaching meditation courses here in London. (And I treat that friend to lunch every chance I get.)

Vedic Meditation Courses

You’ll learn Vedic Meditation over four days, each session lasting two hours. Most of my students are busy professionals, so I teach classes in evenings and weekends to fit around working life.

On the first day of the course, you’ll receive your personal mantra. You’ll be meditating straight away. Over the following sessions, we’ll refine your technique together. And I’ll help you resolve any issues that may come up.

Our meditation courses take place in London, in convenient venues near Oxford Circus or on the edge of Zone 1. You’ll be in a relaxed, comfortable environment with a small group of students. Class sizes are limited to ensure each person gets plenty of support. Private courses are also available.

You’ll start meditating on day one and finish the course with a vital, life-long technique.
